Application
The wet alarm valve functions like a normal check valve with the additional capability of generating alarms when activated. The pipes both upstream and downstream of the valve are filled with water, and the sprinkler breakage triggers immediate intervention on the fire. The system includes a control valve, delay chamber, wet alarm and hydraulic alarm bell.
Application on systems not subject to freezing.
The station is supplied fully assembled, complete with: grooved wet valve body, trim, 2 pressure gauges, 1 pressure switch, delay chamber and alarm bell.
Please note: the gate valve must be ordered separately.
