PROS Academy: Growing Together Through Shared Expertise

The first cycle of the PROS Academy, Prosystem Italia's internal training program dedicated to the professional development of its sales network, has successfully come to an end.

The Academy was created with a clear objective: to invest in people by providing the team with the knowledge, tools and experience needed to confidently tackle the daily challenges of the market.

Throughout the program, participants explored key topics essential to their daily activities, including marketing and communication tools, regulatory requirements for support systems in accordance with NTC 2018 and fire protection standards, structural certificates and reports, static and seismic load analysis, the company's internal management system, and bracing solutions.

Alongside classroom sessions, participants took part in practical laboratory exercises, allowing them to work directly with support systems and products while applying the concepts learned during the training.

One of the Academy's greatest strengths was the exchange of knowledge between colleagues with different levels of experience. Senior technical sales engineers shared the expertise they have built over years of field experience, passing on practical methodologies, technical know-how and real-world case studies.

The program also strengthened collaboration between the Sales, Technical, Marketing and Logistics departments, promoting closer integration and a shared approach focused on delivering greater value to customers.

At Prosystem Italia, training is not considered a one-time initiative but an ongoing investment. Strengthening technical expertise and sharing internal knowledge are essential to providing customers with qualified support, reliable solutions and the highest level of professional service.
