PROS Active Team is Born: A Project Dedicated to Well-being, Team Spirit and Sharing
Companies are made up of people. This simple belief is the foundation of PROS Active Team, an initiative launched by Prosystem to promote well-being, encourage social interaction and strengthen the team spirit that defines the way we work every day.
PROS Active Team is open to all Prosystem employees who share a passion for physical activity, regardless of their level of experience.
It is not a competitive sports team, but rather a community for those who enjoy running, walking, cycling or simply coming together through sport.
Our goal is straightforward: to create opportunities for colleagues to spend time together outside the workplace, sharing experiences that promote well-being, strengthen team spirit and reinforce the sense of belonging that is one of our core values.
Through this initiative, we aim to create new opportunities for connection and collaboration, encourage an active lifestyle and make sport a meaningful way to build stronger relationships beyond the working environment.
Our First Official Event: Stage 6 of the Summer Run
To officially launch the project, we took part in Stage 6 of the Summer Run Circuit, held on 16 July 2026 in Legnaro. Every summer, this popular event brings together thousands of participants for running and walking activities across numerous municipalities in the Province of Padua.
However, Prosystem's involvement goes beyond a single event. Together with ProStore, we are proud sponsors of the entire 2026 Summer Run Circuit, supporting an initiative that promotes active living, social engagement and the enhancement of the local community.
Our brand will be present throughout all fourteen stages of the Summer Run, appearing on the official event website, promotional materials and banners displayed along the race routes.
For the first official outing of the PROS Active Team, many colleagues from our Pianiga (VE), Dolo (VE) and Legnaro (PD) locations joined the running and walking events, enjoying an evening of sport, smiles and shared experiences.
A Project Looking Ahead
The Summer Run is only the first step in a journey that is set to grow.
Over the coming months, the PROS Active Team will take part in additional sporting events and local initiatives, with the aim of involving more colleagues and creating even more opportunities to connect.
We firmly believe that a company is built not only through everyday work, but also through meaningful relationships, shared positive experiences and the ability to enjoy moments together that strengthen our sense of belonging.
Because team spirit is not built only in the workplace—it grows every time we share a journey, embrace a challenge and celebrate reaching a goal together.
