Supply
Double profiles (41 base system) are joined by riveting.
Profiles are available in 3 m or 6 m lengths. Profiles with a length of 2 m or cut to size are available upon request.
Installation
If required, double profiles can be assembled directly on-site by joining two single profiles:
with slot type 2: use M8 x 16 bolts
with slot types 3 and 4: use the KL 1 coupling clamp
Attention: profiles must be fixed together every 250 mm, including at the ends.
All profiles with a 41 base are serrated on the inside and are compatible with products from our range: HZ hammer nuts, WBD support plates, TCS 1 clamps, Pressix 41, etc.
Technical data
Material: steel version 1.0350 (ST 37.2), hot-dip galvanized using the Sendzimir process according to DIN EN 10327.
